Freshmen Pre-RegistrationWhat is pre-registration?
Freshmen Pre-Registration is a time for students to meet with a
faculty advisor to schedule their classes for the fall semester and to complete
necessary business items before school begins, such as having an I.D. card made,
setting up a library account, setting up an internet address, etc. It also gives
you the opportunity of spending the weekend with your roommate and getting to
know others in the freshman class.
When will it be?
The date is set for June 20. Events will begin at 10:00 a.m. in the main lobby of the Center for the Arts (see campus map).
Who should attend?
All freshmen, who have been accepted for admission to the college, are encouraged to attend. Parents and siblings are welcomed; however, there will be no specific programs provided for them.
Will meals be provided?
Yes, lunch and dinner on Friday will be provided and a light breakfast will be provided on Saturday.
How do I register?
Online registration for Freshmen pre-registration is now closed. Please call the admission office at 800.960.5940 to register for the event.
Do I need to pay anything before I come?
If you have not paid your enrollment deposit of $250, you must pay that amount before June 13. You can pay online with credit card (link available after you submit registration form), call to pay by credit card, or mail check or money order.
Can I spend the night on campus?
Yes! Belhaven will be providing rooms on campus to students for Friday night only. However, parents will need to find lodging off campus. Here are some suggestions that are near campus:
