What is pre-registration?
Transfer Pre-Registration is a time for students to meet with a faculty advisor to
schedule their classes for the fall semester and to complete necessary business
items before school begins, such as having an I.D. card made, setting up a
library account, and touring the residence hall if you intend to live on campus.
When will it be?
The date is set for July 18. Events will begin at 10:45 a.m. in the Student Center
(see campus map).
Who should attend?
All transfers, who have been accepted for admission to the college, are encouraged
to attend. Parents and siblings are welcomed; however, there will be no programs
provided for them.
Will lunch be provided?
Yes, lunch will be available in the dining commons for $5.50.
How do I register?
Online registration for Freshmen pre-registration is now closed. Please call the admission office at 800.960.5940 to register for the event.
Do I need to pay anything before I come?
If you have not paid your enrollment deposit of $250, you must pay that amount before
July 11. You can pay online with credit card (link available after you submit
registration form), call to pay by credit card, or mail check or money order.
Can I spend the night on campus?
Belhaven will not be providing rooms on campus to parents and students. However, there
are several hotels in the area. Here are some suggestions that are near campus:
