At Belhaven: Greg Hawkins serves as the Dean of Students, overseeing all residence life activities, including housing, hall programs, discipline/crisis issues, international student care, and selecting and developing the residence life staff. He also oversees the career, dining, and counseling services of the campus. He plays a vital role by partnering with other faculty and staff in fostering an environment where students can grow not only academically but relationally, spiritually, and socially.

At Belhaven: Claire makes a habit of building relationships that foster personal growth within students. In the Work Study program she helps students to develop job skills through interviews, accountability and time management. Through Career Services she offers students the opportunity to brainstorm and test out their personal and career goals and passions along with helping them to develop practical job seeking skills.

At Belhaven: Daniel Browne is the Director of Student Life, working with the Student Life and Career Services teams in order to better serve the student body of Belhaven. By partnering with faculty, staff, and students, he seeks to enhance the mission of the University in the common goal of developing matured and discerning men and women who seek to impact the world through service to Christ and others.
