Student and Alumni Spotlights for the Education Program

I chose to come to Belhaven….for several reasons. I began visiting Belhaven when I was in 8th grade to see my siblings who were attending Belhaven at the time. I fell in love with the campus during my first visit and then found out it had a great education program! It was definitely my first choice of colleges to attend.

One relationship that has meant a lot to me while attending Belhaven University…has been the one I have with my old friend and now resident director, Mary Downing. She's always been a great encourager through the tough times and someone I can have a lot of fun with.

Because of my degree from Belhaven University…I'll be able to glorify God by doing something I love, and doing it well. Now I'll have a great opportunity to teach children.

One word to describe my experience at Belhaven: Inspiring.
