Student and Alumni Spotlights for the History Program

I chose to come to Belhaven because…it's a good school, and I heard they had a good history department—which has proven to be true!

One relationship that has meant a lot to me while attending Belhaven University…I have become good friends with Laura Huddleston, a political science major. We had a lot of classes together and competed for the highest grades in the classes.

Because of my degree from Belhaven University…I am moving to Malawi to become a high school history teacher at the Christian Academy located on the African Bible College campus.

One word to describe my experience at Belhaven: Worthwhile.
