Lostine, Oregon Fact:
My landlord/ neighbor was a sheep farmer, so I grew up on a sheep farm feeding baby lambs and rescuing homeless kittens!
I chose to come to Belhaven University because... When I got onto the web site and read up on what the International Studies program included, it made me excited. It was just what I wanted and I couldn't find it anywhere else. I also see, looking back, how much of a God thing it was.
One relationship that has meant a lot to me while attending Belhaven University... That is a hard one to nail down. While here at Belhaven I have had so many friends who have made such an impact on me that it is hard to put an emphasis on one. A particular friendship that I treasure would be that of my first roommate, Carlie Edwards. She and her family have meant so much to me while living here in Mississippi. We have shared so much and come so far together!
Because of my degree from Belhaven University... I feel it is possible to achieve my goals of traveling the world and making a difference.
One word to describe my experience at Belhaven: Emergent
