Enrollment Confirmation Form
In order to best prepare for your arrival on our campus, we need to ask you to confirm your enrollment plans. Your completion of the following form will allow us to better anticipate your needs and to ensure that your enrollment at Belhaven University represents the first step in a remarkable educational experience.
To secure your place in class, please submit the following Confirmation to Enroll form and your $100 enrollment deposit as soon as possible. The Enrollment Deposit is refundable up to and including May 1 for those applying for Fall semester, or December 15, for those applying for Spring semester.
While you will receive additional information from us, your completion of the following form and the submission of your tuition deposit will allow us to prepare for you!
