Ministry & Outreach

Campus ministries exist to better serve and reach the students of Belhaven University for Christ. Each ministry strives to impact the spiritual well-being of students in various ways including worship, Bible studies, and various leadership opportunities. The ministries also attract a diverse group of students dedicated to the purpose of building community in the lives of those at Belhaven.

We believe ministry is outreach and outreach is ministry. We strive to impact the local, national and international communities through various initiatives. Students are given the opportunity to serve the local Jackson community with local organizations and have avenues to invest beyond Jackson as well.

Each ministry is led by student leaders and a faculty advisor and is supported by the Office of Student Leadership with direct support from the BLC Ministry Coordinator. The Ministry Leadership Team (MLT) also collaborates to provide support, prayer, resources and opportunities for student to get connected through ministry and outreach.

For more information about campus ministries, events or opportunities, contact BLC Ministry Coordinator, ministry@belhaven.edu.
