Continuing our Community Lecture Series….

Made in God's Image: Stigma, Shame and Mental Health

Thanks to a generous grant by the Presbyterian Church USA, we are continuing our lecture series on the Bible and Mental Health with one lecture each semester in 2018 and 2019.

Dr. Touissant WhetstoneWe are excited that on April 16, Dr. Toussaint Whetstone, will be on campus for a community wide lecture titled "Made in God's Image: Stigma, Shame and Mental Health" to be held at 7:00 pm in Irby Room 200 on campus.

Dr. Whetstone received his B.S. in Psychology from Olivet Nazarene University, his M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College, and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University Chicago. As a collegiate mental health clinician, Dr. Whetstone has worked in various settings including DePaul University Counseling Services (UCS) and the University of Notre Dame Counseling Center (UCC). Dr. Whetstone is the director of the Wheaton College Counseling Center.
