Belhaven's Dance Ministry Ensemble Performance

February 10, 2012 (Jackson) - Belhaven’s Dance Department will feature a Dance Ministry Ensemble on February 16, 17 and 18 at Belhaven’s Visual Arts and Dance Center.

Elizabeth Gordan, Director of Dance Ministry Ensemble, said, “The Belhaven Dance Ministry Ensemble is for a night of worship through movement. My heart for this performance is that people would be encouraged and inspired. Overall all, It is going to be an uplifting evening.“

The Dance Ministry Ensemble will feature choreography by dance faculty and guest artists. The dance styles will be a mix of ballet, mime and modern.

Gordon adds, “Our dancers have put in many long days of work for this event, and many times the practice has been a time of worship for us.”

Dance Ministry Ensemble Performances:

February 16 - Thursday 11:00 A.M. - Matinee
February 17 - Friday, 7:30 P.M
February 18 - Saturday, 7:30 P.M.

General admission is $10 and $5 for seniors and students. Admission is free for Belhaven faculty, staff and students. The doors open at 7:00 P.M. on February 17-18 and 10:30 A.M. on February 16.
