Discover Day Gives Students College-Life Experience

Fall Discover Day 2017September 18, 2017 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven University’s first Discover Day of the semester is September 29, 2017. This special day is set aside for interested high school students who want to learn about and experience all that the University has to offer.

College search is more than just seeing campus pictures or reading about colleges online – it’s about the experience,” said Director of Admission Jake Donald. “From interacting with faculty and students to the sights and sounds of our campus, you’ll have the opportunity to see for yourself what makes Belhaven such a unique place. You’ll be glad you chose to visit!”

Students can expect a full day of activities that will include:

- Campus and Residence Hall Tour
- Professor Panels
- Admission Counselor Meetings
- Mock Class Observation
- Academic and Financial Aid Session
- Campus Life Information and Q&A
- Lunch in the Dining Commons
- Chat with the President

Attending Discover Day is one of the best ways to immerse yourself in our academically vibrant, Christian environment, where the student life is thriving. You will meet professors in your intended major and learn more about that area of study.

If you can’t make it, then plan to come to one of our other Discover Days happening later this year, or you can schedule a personal campus visit at any time.

Register online today or contact Belhaven’s Admissions Office at admission@belhaven.edu and at 1-800-960-5940 if you would like to participate in an upcoming Discover Day.
