Campuses Prepare for Commencement Activities

Jackson: Commencement services will be held Saturday, May 10, at Thalia Mara Hall in downtown Jackson. Dr. Alvin O. Austin, Chancellor of LeTourneau University is our featured speaker, his Commencement address entitled, “So Now What Are Your Priorities For Life?” Rev. Brister Ware, Minister of Pastoral Care at First Presbyterian Church, will give the invocation and Bishop Ronnie Crudup, Pastor of New Horizon Church, will offer the benediction. The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:30, with doors closed during the processional.

Houston: Services for the second graduating class of Belhaven College, Houston, will be held on Thursday, May 1, at 7 p.m., at Christ Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Fourteen students are expected to receive degrees and the special guest speaker will be Belhaven adjunct faculty member Dr. Dick Druary, Director of the Men’s Development Center at Star of Hope Mission.

Memphis: Commencement is Thursday, May 8, at 7 p.m. at First Assembly of God Church.

Orlando: The Orlando campus will graduate 25 students this May.
