Dr. Tina McDyess is a founding faculty member of the Belhaven University School of Nursing. She is currently a tenured associate professor and the Director of the Pre-licensure BSN Program. She has 12 years of faculty experience and 16 years of nursing experience. She has assumed several leadership positions and committee appointments during her time as faculty.
In 2018, she obtained both her PhD in nursing leadership and ThD (doctorate of theology). She is an ordained elder and youth minister in the Church of God. She affectionately embraces the opportunity to integrate her love for teaching and Christian worldview.
