Fact: My father, Ron McKinney, also graduated from Belhaven.

I chose to come to Belhaven because... of the art and theater departments. I chose both departments for their faculty and the opportunities they offered.

One relationship that meant a lot to me while attending
Belhaven University... Was and is-my relationship with my best friend and fellow theatre grad, Alex Grubbs. We still communicate on a weekly basis as we both pursue our graduate studies in acting at different schools.

Because of my degree from Belhaven University... I was able to audition and get accepted to the New School for Drama in New York City for graduate studies in Acting.
