February 8, 2022 (Jackson, Miss.) - The LeFleur Piano Trio, first heard at Belhaven last year, will return for an encore performance on Tuesday, February 22 at 7:30 p.m. in the Center for the Arts Concert Hall.
This all-Belhaven ensemble is a merger of young and old as Belhaven alum and violinist Zakary Joyner and cellist Rebekah Miller perform with Belhaven Professor Emeritus and pianist Dr. Stephen Sachs.
The ensemble will present two great works steeped in 19th century romanticism - Felix Mendelssohn's “Piano Trio No. 1 in D Minor, Op. 49” and Bedrich Smetana's “Piano Trio in G Minor, Op. 15.”
