March 2, 2022 (Jackson, Miss.) - Senior dance majors will present an evening of scholarship, lecture demonstrations, and creative process discussions from the field of dance on Friday, March 11.
Belhaven's Senior Dance Research Presentations are open to the public and will be held in the Bitsy Irby Visual Arts and Dance Center Art Gallery at 7 p.m.
This event is free, and each student will present a performance that showcases their journey as dance artists, writers, performers, and choreographers.
Each senior has a theme for their project that is creatively unique to the individual dancer, and will consist of classical ballet, modern and contemporary dance styles.
