School of the Arts Collaborates with Jackson Dancers for Major Concert

January 20, 2023 (Jackson) - A collaborative concert between Belhaven University's School of the Arts and Jackson dance organizations will celebrate diversity of the arts on Saturday, January 28 at 7 p.m.

“C2 Arts Concert: Community and Collaboration” will feature performances from Ballet Magnificat trainees, Intersect Dance Theatre, Kinetic Etchings Dance Project, and students from Ida B. Wells APAC.

Belhaven University students and faculty created collaborative works that explore the intersections of music, dance, theatre, visual art, creative writing, and film.

The concert, happening at Belhaven's Center for the Arts Concert Hall, is a showcase of the thriving arts scene at Belhaven University and throughout the Jackson metro area.    

General admission is $10. Seniors and students get a discount of $5. Admission is free for Belhaven faculty, staff, and students and their immediate families.
