High School Students To Investigate STEM Discover Day
February 17, 2017 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven’s STEM Discover Day on February 24, 2017 will showcase the University’s quality science disciplines.
Chemistry, biology, nursing, computer science, math, engineering, sports medicine and exercise science will be highlighted during this day of exploration. Interested high school students can expect a full day of activities that will include:
8:30 a.m. Check-In
9 a.m. Welcome
9:30 a.m. Student Panel
10 a.m. Campus Tour
11:15 a.m. Chat with the President
12 p.m. Lunch
1 p.m. Integrated Lab Experiences – Students
Financial Aid Session – Parents
2:30 p.m. Closing
