Wednesday, October 28: America’s Next Great Star Casting Call ***
Be a part of a new and exciting event that is sweeping college campuses nationwide! Come to the America’s Next Great Star casting call and audition to be a finalist in the LIVE production of America’s Next Star! Auditions will be held outside near the Student Center from 11:00am-3:00pm (first floor of the Student Center in the event of inclement weather). Students with all types of talents are encouraged to participate! Each candidate will step in front of the camera and have a brief interview with an America’s Next Great Star producer! Thursday, October 29: America’s Next Great Star LIVE Show***
This night will be huge! Come to the LIVE show at the Center for the Arts Concert Hall at 9:00pm to see the top 8-10 finalists in the America’s Next Great Star LIVE Show! The show is live and interactive; you won’t want to miss the experience! An incredible light show, giant video wall displaying multiple LIVE cameras, local judges, a host, and live text voting from the audience decides who will be your campus’ Next Great Star and win a cash prize of $300! Be there!
Thursday, November 5: Homecoming Dance
Celebrate this year’s Homecoming Court and annual festivities! The Homecoming Dance will be held at the Reservoir Pointe in Ridgeland from 8:30pm-11:30pm. Casual dress. Directions will be available in all Residence Halls as well as the first floor of The Cube. Admission is FREE with a Belhaven ID. All guests must be signed in with a Belhaven student.

Don’t miss a night of dancing at this year’s Winter Formal! The Formal will be held at the Capitol Club in downtown Jackson from 9:00pm-12:00am. Formal attire. Tickets will go on sale Monday, December 30- Friday, December 4. Must show a Belhaven ID. All guests must be signed in with a Belhaven student. Escape the FIRE of finals and come to Fire Escape from 8:00pm-10:00pm in the Student Center! Come for some fun, enjoy some refreshments and relax before exam week! Sponsored by the Belhaven Activities Team and Belhaven College Intramurals.
