Transfer orientation is a time for students to meet with a faculty academic advisor to schedule classes for the fall semester and to hear from key leaders on campus to ensure your success as at transfer student.

The date is set for ​​​​​May 17, 2024. Check-in will be from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., with the Welcome Session beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Billy Kim International Center (see campus map).

All transfers, who have been accepted for admission to the university, are strongly encouraged to attend. Parents and siblings are welcomed! You and your parent will have the opportunity to hear from key campus leaders during the informative Welcome Session before registering for class.

Yes. We welcome you to have lunch in our dining commons.

If you have not paid your enrollment deposit of $100, you must pay that amount before May 19. You can pay online.

Belhaven will not be providing rooms on campus to parents and students. However, there are several hotels in the area. Below on this page is a listing of possible options.
