Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, playing and watching sports, and watching movies.

At Belhaven: Greg Hawkins serves as the Dean of Students, overseeing all residence life activities, including housing, hall programs, discipline/crisis issues, international student care, and selecting and developing the residence life staff. He also oversees the career, dining, and counseling services of the campus. He plays a vital role by partnering with other faculty and staff in fostering an environment where students can grow not only academically but relationally, spiritually, and socially.

Hobbies/Interests: Fixing broken things, working with anything technological, and watching old movies with my wife

At Belhaven: Daniel Browne is the Director of Student Life, working with the Student Life and Career Services teams in order to better serve the student body of Belhaven. By partnering with faculty, staff, and students, he seeks to enhance the mission of the University in the common goal of developing matured and discerning men and women who seek to impact the world through service to Christ and others.

Hobbies/Interests: Planning Events, Mentoring, Traveling, Working with Youth

At Belhaven: Glenda has the opportunity to not only assist in the administration of the department, but also communicate with students and really get to know many of them on a deep level. Her job allows her to listen to their concerns, tell them what God expects, and share life learned lessons.

Kristen Mack

Hobbies/Interests: Painting and Crafting, Beach, Coffee, Shopping, I spend a lot of time at Church, if I could have made up a major in college I would have majored in Bible School (VBS) and minored in Sunday School!

At Belhaven: Kristen Mack is the Resident Director of Gillespie Hall. She is blessed to be working with eight beautiful RA's who all have servant hearts. They not only support their residents but also seek to serve each other with words of encouragement and prayer. Kristen hopes to serve Belhaven and all of its students by living out the gospel in her daily life. Kristen is excited to help the students grow in all aspects of their lives whether it is academics, work, relationships, play, or their walk with the Lord.

Chad Harman

Name: Chadwick Harman

Title: Assistant Resident Director of Robertson and Wells Halls

Hobbies/Interests: Writing, music, and more writing, all mixed together in a daily 16 oz coffee. I also shoot the occasional short film.

At Belhaven: Chadwick is the Assistant Resident Director. He works to help the RD, Jim Scott, with administrative duties around the Wells/Robertson Residence Halls. When he's not doing that he's spending time with students, ministering to their needs and living life along side them. He aims to help students see and reach their individual potentials in their relationship with Jesus and their fellow classmates.

Katelyn Joy Harbaugh

Hobbies/Interests: Photography, Arts and Crafts, Calligraphy, Reading, Movies, Sports, Singing, Guitar, and being with Friends and Family

At Belhaven: Katelyn serves as the Helen White Resident Director. She hopes to encourgage students to engage intentionally in their studies and activites, make new friends, pursue involvement on campus, and deepen their faith or learn more about a personal faith in the Lord. Her team of five students work together to be supportive to students while at Belhaven through relationships, words of encouragement, listening, and being available to them. She hopes that by the grace of God she can be used as a humble vessel to bring glory to His name.

Katie Rowan

Hobbies/Interests: Sports (especially volleyball and ultimate frisbee), playing the piano, going on adventures, movies, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

At Belhaven: At Belhaven: Katie is the Resident Director of Caldwell Hall. She has a passion for college students and is thankful for the wonderful opportunity to live alongside the Caldwell residents and be involved in their daily lives. Katie hopes to encourage these students to pursue a walk with the Lord, seek meaningful involvement on campus, build lifelong friendships, and achieve excellent academic success. Katie, along with her staff of six resident assistants, hopes to serve students by being a role model, mentor, and friend.

Jim Scott

Title: Resident Director of Robertson and Wells Halls

Degree: B.S., Business Administration, Belhaven University

Hobbies/Interests: Tennis, Basketball, Drums, Hanging out with friends and family, really any sport on Earth

At Belhaven: At Belhaven: Jim Scott is the Resident Director for the men's halls of Robertson and Wells. He has been blessed with a great staff of twelve Resident Assistants and an Assistant Resident Director. Jim manages the halls and leads his team of student leaders in an effort to create and maintain a Christ- centered living environment for the men of Belhaven. In addition to directing day to day residential affairs, he works alongside his team to serve the students living in Robertson and Wells. He strives to exemplify Christ in his own life, and, as he pours into the lives of individual students and hopes that he will inspire them to seek Jesus first in their own lives and in all that they do.
