One-on-One Career Planning
Belhaven’s Career Services offers career programs focused on planning for your future. We encourage students to stop by, call, or schedule an appointment to meet one-on-one for career planning. In this meeting, we will assist you in discovering your God-given gifts and desires, how that fits into career and job options, and help you create a plan to prepare for life after Belhaven.
Career Services also partners various departments on campus to offer career related workshops and programming. These include but are not limited to: Resume Workshop, Graduate School Workshop, Graduate and Professional Fair, Communication Media Conference, Career Bootcamp, and Career Fair.

Belhaven Career Bootcamp

Times vary depending on participant schedule - 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
This event is for traditional students of any major.
Freshman – Seniors may attend the panel session at 11:00 a.m. in Barber Auditorium (sign-in begins at 10:45 a.m.). No registration necessary for this portion.
Juniors and Seniors only may REGISTER and attend the networking luncheon and mock interviews.
Registration is due February 4th, 2016 by 11:59 p.m. which includes:
1) Registration Form AND
2) Acceptable résumé uploaded to Belhaven Career Network. Space is limited and preference will be given to seniors, then juniors.
Belhaven Career Fair
Each Spring semester, employers come to campus to share about job opportunities including entry-level employment and internships. A college career fair is a great place to network with possible future employers. It is also a good place to practice sharing about yourself in a professional setting.
