Location: Located in a dynamic historic district of Jackson, MS, the "Capital of the New South."  With a population of nearly one-half million, Jackson is the political, economic, educational, and cultural capital of the state.  Belhaven also has additional campuses located throughout the Southeast, as well as online.
Campus: Charming campus gracefully nestled among majestic oaks and flowering azaleas.  Five new buildings added in recent years.  The student center includes campus bookstore, cafe, multi-media theatre, student dining commons, private dining rooms, Other recreational facilities: gymnasium, weight and exercise facility, and soccer field.  Intramural athletics in a variety of sports. Six residence halls with high-speed computer accessibility for resident students. It is vital that Belhaven University’s campus be a safe place for students to study and live, and we go to great lengths to assure multiple layers of safety measures are in place.
Special Programs: Belhaven Promise - Belhaven is the first and only university in the country to offer an unique program called the Belhaven Promise. For first-time, full-time, Belhaven freshmen that remain continuously enrolled for 4 years and declare a double major, the 5th year of tuition is free. Belhaven wants to fuel our students' academic passion and help maximize their success. Combinations of majors are limited only by the imagination.

- The Honors Program at Belhaven offers a unique opportunity to enhance your educational experience. The Honors Program gives academically advanced, highly motivated students a forum in which to deepen and expand their college education, both intellectually and spiritually.

Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC)
- Belhaven offers students the opportunity to participate in ROTC for both the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. ROTC programs are offered to Jackson-area college and university students with credit being earned at the student's home institution. Scholarship opportunities are available to students who participate.

- A program designed to enhance students’ awareness of personal calling and improve preparedness for the chosen career path. Students begin the LifeQuest journey by taking Strengths for Students assessment to identify top five strengths. The goal is that by graduation, students will have a clear understanding of personal strengths and calling as they relate to careers.
