Junior Day 2013
March 17, 2013 (Jackson) - High school juniors and their parents are invited to experience Belhaven Universitys Junior Day on Friday, March 22, 2013. One visit might be all it takes to spark interest in attending college here at Belhaven. Register online to attend and reserve your spot at Junior Day.
Suzanne Sullivan, Director of Admission, said, Its important that prospective students visit our campus and the junior year is the perfect time to do so before the busyness of senior activities begin. High school students will get a first-hand look at Belhaven and all that God is doing on our campus.
Junior day begins with check-in at 8:30 a.m., and then its off for a tour through Belhavens beautiful campus. After an information session with admission, students can pick any class to sit through and visit. At lunch, enjoy a delicious meal in Belhavens Dining Commons and chat with our professors. Finally, wrap up the day with a residence hall tour and campus life session.
Jake Donald, Associate Director of Admission, is also excited about meeting prospective students and said, With spring in the air and campus buzzing with everything from athletic events to student activities, Junior Day is the perfect time to get connected with Belhaven. It is never too early to begin your college search. The senior year is full of college decisions to senior projects, so starting the college search early will only be to your advantage.
