In an election year saturated with economic upheaval and political unrest, voters are looking for straight answers. On October 24th, The Belhaven College School of Business will host a forum on the 2008 Presidential Election. Mr. Jere Nash and Mr. Andy Taggart, two well-known Mississippi political commentators and co-authors of Mississippi Politics, will present their views on America’s current political landscape. Nash, a registered Democrat, and Taggart, a registered Republican, will interact with panelists from the Belhaven business department. Drs. Penn, Gaylor, and Russ will be panelists, and Dr. Chip Mason will moderate the event.
This forum is open to the public, and it promises to be an enlightening evening for anyone interested in current events.
