February 16, 2010: Belhaven University Business faculty are actively supporting the statewide Business Ethics emphasis week, which was designated for February 8-12 by the Deans of Business Schools from across Mississippi.
Last week, Dr. Paul Moyers, Assistant Professor of Business, gave an address on ethics to the Honors students at Hinds Community College. This Friday, Dr. Ervin Martin, Associate Professor of Business Administration, will give a lecture to a Business Ethics class at Mississippi College, while a professor from Mississippi College will present a lecture to one of Belhaven Business Ethics classes next week. Dr. Kristena Gaylor, Associate Professor of Business Administration, will give a lecture on Business Ethics to an Executive Women club at River Hills Country club next week. All of these efforts by Belhaven faculty support the Belhaven School of Business strong biblical stance on ethics in the workplace.
