The Resident Assistants are students who, after living in the residence halls themselves, desire to play a special role by helping residents with the details of residence hall life. At Belhaven the RA is not only an upperclassmen who deals with maintenance issues or roommate swaps, but one who also builds and facilitates relationships with the residents – so don’t be surprised if your RA wants to take time to get to know you!
