February 19, 2010: The Belhaven University Visual Arts department announces the annual Student Art Exhibition, with an opening reception on February 20, from 2:00-4:00 pm in the Gallery.
This annual exhibition of Belhaven University student works highlights a wide range of styles and media including drawing, painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media. The opening reception will also feature live music by Belhaven's own jug band, Uncle Mac and the Jackson Jug Revival. This is always one of the art department's most festive and popular openings.
The show will run from February 20-March 22 in the Bitsy Irby Visual Arts and Dance Center Gallery (open 10 am-6 pm daily). Complimentary Admission.
