May 11, 2010: Have any dramatic children? Who doesn’t? Channel that energy at the Belhaven University Theatre department’s Belhaven Theatre Academy. There will be two different camps one for children 4-9 (July 12 – July 23) and one for students 10-18 (June 28 – July 23). The camps will run Monday through Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm.
The Belhaven Theatre Academy will provide an outlet with a fun-filled learning environment staffed with trained teachers and group counselors to encourage each child’s theatrical skills. They will learn to act confidently, move effectively, and speak clearly. Development in these skills will ensure your child a more creative and successful future in such a competitive world.
