November 15, 2011 (Jackson)- High school seniors are invited to experience college life at Belhaven University during Discover Day, Friday, November 18. Step into the shoes of a college student for a day and see what it's like to attend Belhaven University.

Discover Day is for prospective students and gives you and your parents the opportunity to meet professors in your major and learn more about your area of study. If you haven't decided on a major, then look into the many undergraduate programs Belhaven has to offer. Take a tour around Belhaven's campus and classrooms, visit and learn more about campus life, then fill-up on a delicious lunch in the Dining Commons.

This day is also a great time to connect and meet with your personal admission counselor to talk about the enrollment process, financial aid options and any questions about campus life at Belhaven.

Jake Donald is the Associate Director of Admission and said, “Discover Day is a great way to get connected with Belhaven even if it's your first time to visit our campus. By spending time with our one-of-a-kind faculty, staff and students, you can truly get a glimpse of what makes Belhaven so unique. It's definitely a day you do not want to miss!”

Please contact Belhaven's Admissions Office at admission@belhaven.edu or call 1-800-960-5940 if you have any questions or want to register for this week's Discover Day.

We look forward to seeing you in person on November 18, but if you can't make it then watch this video of Jake Donald talking with incoming freshmen on Move-In Day in the fall.
