February 24, 2011: Belhaven University will be holding career fairs for students heading into the workforce. There will be an On Campus Career Fair and a Governor’s Job Fair.
The On Campus Career Fair will be Thursday, March 10 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm in the Student Center Theatre. Belhaven students can interview for permanent and internship positions. Submit your resume to Career Services in the Cube by March 5. Job interviews will be held between 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm following the career fair. Students who participate in the Resume Writing workshop and the Career Bootcamp will be eligible to take advantage of the interviews.
The Governor’s Job Fair is scheduled for Tuesday, March 22 from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm at the Mississippi Trademart building (located on the Fairgrounds off High Street). Over one hundred employers are expected to attend and many will be making job offers the day of the fair.
