October 27, 2011 (Jackson) - The Fall Dance Concert has earned the reputation of being one of the premier and highly anticipated dance performances at Belhaven University.
Cynthia Newland, Associate Professor of Dance and Chair of the Dance Department said, “There are two guest artists’ original creations being performed at this year Fall Dance Concert. As well, there are three other dance works that make use of technology and image projection to enhance the artistic experience for all who attend. Biblical principles are woven throughout the evening ballet and modern dance performances, stimulating the soul through creative encounters, laughter and reflection.”
