February 4, 2011: Belhaven University presents a Faculty Recital on February 19, 2011. Gena Everitt will be singing soprano that Saturday at 7:30 pm in the Center for the Arts Concert Hall.

"This is a recital that will have the audience singing as they exit after the beautiful reception that follows the program," said Dr. Stephen Sachs, Chair of the Music Department. "What an evening of vocal artistry, fabulous poetry and heartfelt emotion."

Brilliant artistry and mature musicianship combine for an outstanding evening of varied vocal literature. Accompanying Gena Everitt will be Dr. Stephen Sachs, pianist, Mr. Song Xie, violinist, and Mr. Rodney Vaughn, tenor assist in this unforgettable treat for the music lover. There is complimentary admission for those that attend. The doors open at 7:00 pm.
