December 4, 2012 (Southaven, Miss.) - Belhaven University announces the opening of its newest branch campus. The Belhaven DeSoto Campus, located in Southaven, Miss., will begin offering classes in January 2013.

As an extension of the main Jackson campus, the DeSoto campus will continue in Belhaven's commitment of offering a quality education for working adults and offer associate, bachelor, and master degrees:

Don Jones, Assistant Vice President of Adult and Graduate Admission and Student Services, said, “We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new DeSoto campus. Our staff and faculty have been working tirelessly to prepare and make the campus ready for our incoming students.”

The 4400 square foot facility has classrooms with state-of-the-art technology and an academic space that is welcoming, user-friendly and gives additional space for growth. The campus is located at 7111 Southcrest Parkway, one block from I-55.
