November 5, 2013 (Jackson) - On November 9, the Belhaven University Theatre Department will present Cabaret Night, an evening of the some of the best musical theatre on Broadway. Cabaret Night will feature musical theatre majors performing numbers from various modern musicals like Shrek: The Musical, Avenue Q, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, Out of Our Heads, The Last Five Years and Little Women.
Eric Henderson, Melissa Rey, T.J Thompson, Temperance Jones, Courtney Holifield, Thaddeus Morris, Joy Kenyon, Anna Bryant, Morgon Robertson, Madison Parrott, Melissa Rey and TJ Thompson will present their musical numbers they have worked on throughout the semester at Belhaven’s Black Box Theatre in the Center for the Arts. There will be complimentary admission. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. and the performance will start at 7:30 p.m.
