Two students smiling at a Discover DeOctober 6, 2014 (Jackson) -Discover Day on October 17 is for interested high school students who want to learn more about Belhaven University and experience all that Belhaven has to offer. Students can expect a full day of activities that introduce them to life on campus and will include:

- Campus and Residence Hall Tour
- Meet your Admission Counselor
- Visit Classes
- Academic and Financial Aid Session
- Campus Life Information
- Lunch in the Dining Commons

Attending Discover Day at Belhaven is on of the best ways to experience college life and witness an academically charged, Christian environment. You will get to meet professors in your intended major and learn more about that area of study.

Suzanne Sullivan, Director of Admission, said, “We invite students to attend Discover Day to get a first-hand look and feel of Belhaven. This campus visit allows the prospective student to experience campus as a student and to know if Belhaven is a fit for them. We want students to enroll at Belhaven, but only if this is where God is leading them. Our desire is for each student and family to leave campus with a better understanding of how we integrate faith and learning in every class and how we care for them as a student.”

If you can't make the October Discover Day, plan to come to one of our other Discover Days happening this year or you can schedule a personal campus visit at any time.

Register online today or contact Belhaven's Admissions Office at admission@belhaven.edu and at 1-800-960-5940 if you would like to participate in an upcoming Discover Day.
