October 16, 2014 (Jackson) - Belhaven's annual Graduate School Fair on Thursday, October 23, is an opportunity for students to learn more and connect with graduate programs. The Majors Fair is the newest addition to this year's event and will feature Belhaven University academic departments. The Graduate School and Majors Fair begins at 11:00 a.m. and concludes at 2:00 p.m. in the Belhaven Student Center. This is the perfect opportunity to learn about graduate school options and talk to admission counselors about requirements and available scholarship offers.

Claire Langley, Director of Career Services, said, “The Graduate School and Majors Fair is an event for all majors and classifications. It offers for students to speak with recruiters and professors in their area of interest. This is the first year the fair will incorporate the Majors Fair, so students participating will have the opportunity to speak with professors and graduates of a department and then speak with a recruiter for a graduate school that offers the next step on their career path.”

Representatives from Belhaven's Graduate Program will be there to talk about the many options of continuing an education with Belhaven University.
