December 15, 2015 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven University will welcome a new group of freshmen and transfer students for spring orientation on Monday, January 11, 2016. Belhaven's New Student Orientation starts at 8:30 a.m. in the Student Center.
Orientation is a required session for all incoming freshmen and transfer students, designed to welcome students and give them an introduction to Belhaven University. This event will provide incoming students with a chance to meet with student leaders, staff, administrators and others who make up the Belhaven family.
Students will have the opportunity to meet their academic advisor, purchase textbooks and start planning for the year. New students also receive IT training so that they are familiar with everything from email to making course selections online.
