Dance Department Host Dancin Styles Event

January 15, 2016 (Jackson, Miss.) - Dancin' Styles on Friday, January 22, is a night of social dance for all ages at the Bitsy Irby Visual Arts and Dance Center Studio Theatre. Belhaven Dance Department faculty and students will teach various dance styles from the 1950's to 1990's such as the shuffle, salsa, swing and more.

This event is fun for all ages and no prior experience is required to enjoy. Dance for kids starts at 6:30 p.m., then instruction and dance are from 7 to 10 p.m. Reserve your tickets in advance by emailing mvoos@belhaven.edu or calling 601-965-1400.

General admission is $5 for children, seniors and students and $10 for adults. Admission is free for Belhaven students, faculty, staff and their immediate families.
