Guitar and Percussion Concert Highlights Rhythms and Beats

March 28, 2016 (Jackson, Miss.) - A Night of Percussion and Classical Guitar on April 7, 7:30 p.m. is an inventive performance from Belhaven's Percussion Ensemble featuring works written entirely for percussion instruments, both traditional and obscure.

The addition of classical guitarists will offer elegant, intimate musical contrasts throughout the show. This free performance at the Center for the Arts Concert Hall will also include musical elements borrowed from the worlds of theater and dance.
