September 12, 2018 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven's2018 Family Weekendwill welcome back parents and siblings for an action-packed weekend, full of fun activities for the whole family.Register todayto let us know which events you plan to attend the weekend of September 21-22.
The weekend will begin with the Belhaven Discover Day for siblings who are interesting in learning more about the University. Then, the Wynn Kenyon Think Center will have an open house for parents to learn about all of the resources offered to students. Later, Belhaven Student Development Team will host an event for all ages.
On Saturday, cheer for our Blazer Women's and Men's Soccer teams as they play the University of Texas - Dallas at the Belhaven Bowl Stadium. The Belhaven Bookstore will be open with weekend specials so you can get a good deal on Belhaven gear. Members of Belhaven University dance faculty, students, and alumni will be performing for the Community Dance Concert at the Center for the Arts Concert Hall at 7 p.m. General admission is $10 and $5 for seniors and students.
Get ready to cheer on our Blazers Football as they face-off against East Texas Baptist University. Join us before the game for an exciting tailgate party at the new Belhaven Bowl Stadium in the center of campus. There will be delicious food, games, face-painting, cheer practice and drawings for free gifts. The Belhaven Football Tailgate is only $5 per person or $25 per family.
