April 6, 2018 (Jackson, Miss.) - Creative writing students will showcase their works of fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction and scripts for screen and stage during the Best of Belhaven's Writers on Thursday, April 12.
This event, taking place in the Student Center Theater at 6 p.m., is free and open to the public. Students, representing many states and several countries, will read selected works, sharing their passion and love for writing.
When these writers graduate, they will join a group of alumni who have published novels, won national poetry prizes and secured positions with prestigious presses and institutions of higher education.
