March 9, 2019 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven University is ready to help the more than 16,000 students that have been adversely impacted by the abrupt closure of Argosy University that was announced on Friday, March 8. Belhaven President Dr. Roger Parrott has directed all of the University's nine regional locations to urgently help Argosy students resolve their enrollment frustrations.

Belhaven is fully committed to help Argosy students finish what they started and minimize both disruption to their studies and costs by offering significant tuition discounts to complete their degrees online, including:
- Application fees for Argosy students will be waived from now through April 30.
- Any Argosy student who transfers their credits to Belhaven will receive a special $500 scholarship off their first class.
- Argosy students may transfer in a maximum of two-thirds of their program hours toward a graduate program (if approved and allowable).
