September 11, 2019 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven University Discover Day is October 11, 2019. This special day is set aside for interested high school students who will get an inside look into college life at Belhaven. Students can expect a full day of activities that will include everything from campus and residence hall tours, professor panels, and class observations to helpful academic and financial aid sessions, campus life Q&A, and a chat with the president.
“College search is more than just seeing campus pictures or reading about colleges online - it's about the experience,” said Director of Admission Jake Donald. “From interacting with faculty and students to the sights and sounds of our campus, you'll have the opportunity to see for yourself what makes Belhaven such a unique place. You'll be glad you chose to visit!”
Discover Day helps high schoolers experience what it's like to be a Belhaven student, enjoying a vibrant campus life. They will be able to meet professors and learn more about their interested area of study. There are other Discover Days happening later this year, and students can schedule a personal campus visit at any time.
