October 25, 2022 (Jackson, Miss.) - The Student Composers Concert XXVII is Tuesday, November 1 at 7:30 p.m. in the Center for the Arts Instrumental Rehearsal Hall.
This interactive performance will feature new compositions and unique improvisations from student composers Ian Edwards and Zachariah Mayberry. A host of student musicians from Belhaven University's Music Department will be performing the original compositions.
Dr. Andrew Sauerwein, Belhaven's Chair of the Music Department, said, The Belhaven Composers Forum invites you to participate in a new approach to making music. Come early, enjoy some refreshing community, and participate in an adventurous and engaging performance by Belhaven's talented student composers.
