Belhaven University to Welcome Transfer Students to Orientation Day

March 27, 2024 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven University will welcome new transfer students during its upcoming Transfer Orientation Day on May 17, 2024. The event promises to be an informative and engaging experience for incoming students as they prepare for their first semester at the University.

During Transfer Orientation Day, students will have the opportunity to meet individually with advisers to discuss academic goals and plan their course schedules for the upcoming fall semester. Additionally, they will receive valuable insights from key leaders within the University community.

Beyond academic guidance, this day offers students the chance to connect with peers and faculty members, fostering a sense of community right from the start. Attendees will also be able to take care of important administrative tasks such as obtaining their student ID cards and parking decals, ensuring a smooth transition into campus life.

To further streamline the process, the university bookstore will be open during the event, offering textbooks, supplies, and other essentials.
