Dance Students Showcase New Works in Emerging Choreographers Concert 

JACKSON, Miss. (November 6, 2025) - Belhaven’s Dance Department will highlight new choreographers’ hard work in the Emerging Choreographers Concert in the Bitsy Irby Visual Arts and Dance Center Studio Theatre from November 14-15 at 7 p.m.  

The Emerging Choreographers Concert is an expressive collection of works by student choreographers in the Belhaven Dance Department that reflect the students’ passions for performing, choreographing, and teaching.  

There will be a different lineup of dances on each of the two show nights, offering audiences two unique opportunities to experience the creativity and talent shaping Belhaven’s dance program.  

Showtimes include: 

Concert A: Friday, November 14 at 7 p.m. 
Concert B: Saturday, November 15 at 7 p.m. 

General admission is $10, and tickets for seniors and students are $5. Admission is complimentary for Belhaven faculty, staff, students, and their immediate families. To reserve tickets, email dancetickets@belhaven.edu.
