Belhaven's Bailey Ketteringham Receives NACCAP Outstanding Achievement Award
JACKSON, Miss. (July 7, 2026) — Belhaven University Director of Admission Bailey Ketteringham has received the North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP) Outstanding Achievement Award for leadership, professional excellence and service to Christian higher education.
The award recognizes admissions professionals whose leadership, service and dedication have made a significant impact on Christian higher education and the students they serve.
"Bailey embodies what it means to lead with excellence, humility and a Christ-centered heart," said Suzanne Sullivan, Belhaven's vice president for enrollment and marketing. "She has an incredible ability to learn, inspire those around her and never lose sight of why we do this work. Her passion for students and for Christian higher education makes this recognition especially meaningful, and our entire Belhaven family is proud of her."
Sullivan, who nominated Ketteringham for the award, said she consistently transforms innovative ideas into meaningful action while fostering a collaborative and encouraging culture within Belhaven's enrollment team.
"Bailey understands that our work is ultimately about people," Sullivan said. "She sees enrollment as ministry, encouraging and mentoring her staff while helping prospective students discover God's calling for their lives through Christian higher education."
Ketteringham also has demonstrated a commitment to professional development. In 2025, she completed NACCAP's Leadership Development and Enhancement Program, applying what she learned to strengthen Belhaven's enrollment efforts and expand her leadership skills.
Ketteringham's recognition reflects Belhaven University's commitment to preparing students to serve Christ with excellence, integrity and purpose through a Christ-centered education.
