Film Production Opportunities

INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Internships are available for students as our department is notified of openings.  We get notifications on a regular basis for internship placement in various creative companies including:
 
Local film/video production companies.
Local full-service advertising agencies.
Communications departments in various corporations.
Local church communications departments.
Freelance and independent film/video creators.
 
There are other opportunities within the film department experience that will help to prepare our students for their success. These include:
 
OFF-CAMPUS EXPERIENCE
We take off-campus trips to local film productions and production companies.
 
JURIED EXHIBITION
We submit student work to juried film festivals and showcases. This work is judged by creative professionals. 
 
PROFESSIONAL PORTFOLIO REVIEWS
The student has multiple opportunities to have their work receive feedback during their time as a film major. Each year, we screen student work and invite the community, including local professionals to provide feedback.
