February 13, 2019 (Jackson, Miss.) - Belhaven will welcome employers and post graduate educators for the 2019 Belhaven Career Fair, happening February 28, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Dr. Billy Kim International Center.
“The annual career fair is an event every student should attend and is a great place to network with future employers,” said Director of Student Care Dr. Mark Hunter. “Our career fair is also a good place to practice sharing about yourself in a professional setting. Students and alumni are encouraged to attend well-dressed, résumé in hand, and ready to network.”
Each Spring semester, employers and post graduate educators come to campus to share about job opportunities and programs of study including entry-level employment, internships, masters and doctoral-level education,and summer job opportunities.
Dr. Hunter adds, “We will provide a LinkedIn photo booth, so come looking sharp and ready to impress. We'll get you a profile picture that will get you noticed.”
